The engagement from the boys has been terrific every week. The boys are completing all their work assigned every week and have the evidence to prove it. Keep it going boys.
Hard work always pays off.

Despite not being in school like we normally would be, this does not mean that we cannot learn new skills. The boys in fifth class are certainly proving that! They are learning how to bake and paint garden furniture among-st many more activities........................
The boys have been taking up all sorts of activities during this pandemic. They are part-taking under a wide range of activities from go karting, cycling, running and boxing. They have also been creating wonderful master pieces in Lego. I hope you enjoy them as much as the boys appeared to have too. Let's stay active.
During these very challenging times it is essential we look out for one another like never before. I am so proud of the boys in my class the way they are helping their younger siblings. The boys are playing games with their brothers and sisters but also helping them to learn new skills from the various pieces of homework assigned in the various classrooms.
A taster of the Catchphrase challenges given to the boys! ANSWERS REVEALED......
1. Spill the beans 2. Cutting Corners 3. Tennis Elbow 4. Heartburn 5. Hand me down 6. A safe pair of hands 7. Joined at the hip 8. Strong as an ox 9. From rags to riches 10. Retail Therapy It's great to see so many boys still working away at home and improving their learning. Some have used the Reading Zone this week to help them make some yummy banana pancakes - hope they were tasty! I tried them before but they kept getting stuck to the pan! And keeping up the writing - diary entries written now will be interesting to look back on in a few months or even a few years time! They're easy to write as you're just writing about your day, the activities you are doing and most importantly, how you are feeling! Throw in some fun activities there too lads!
Lots of baking happening - well done boys! Have you any nice recipes to share? And good to see some of the bookmarks you've made - what books are you reading?
